upon a time, there was an Old Javanese giving an advice to his grandson
about a battle that goes on inside all people. He said, "My son, everyone has
2 wolves fighting within themselves."
“What
do you mean, grandpa?” The kid replied confusedly.
"One
wolf is an evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance,
self-pity, guilt, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. While
the other wolf is the good one. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity,
humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and
faith." The old Javanese explained.
